I bought the cut, style and conditioning “deal” (usually when I use Groupon I do so to get a DEAL) This was not a Deal!! I went in there with my hair just below my shoulders and I have thin hair, I showed the stylist a picture of how I wanted my hair cut, another 3” off. I was charged $20 extra!!! I paid full price for the service! I believe this is what they do to their customers regardless.

Very nice people, but a definite lack of sophistication in cutting and styling. My haircut falls squarely in the "meh" category.

My friend and I both got this Groupon deal for cut color and style. When we got there there was only 2 girls, they didn't seem happy to even see us. I had a picture of how I wanted it cut and the low lights that I had done, which was a caramel tone. The color came out looking ashy, which honestly didn't bother me as much as the cut! I asked for lots of layer. I didn't notice it till I got home that the layers looked like a 5 year old cut it! I am extremely upset. The girl (Sarah) didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. Now I have go pay extra money to fix the layers! Will not be recommending this place to anyone for color/cut!
