Provide the services that are included in the groupon. Dont offer something especially after the client has paid for it and then not provide it. It was or anniversary and if we just wanted a massage alone, we had other options. We chose thay location because of the wine and cheese/crackers/grapes that it was SUPPOSED to include. Also pay more attention to detail and focus on the areas of the body the client request.

The massage therapists I used for a couples massage were both un even with their efforts on both sides of our bodies. It was an OK massage, wouldn't go back though.
