I liked the way they were helpful, as I was a beginner and a little unsure of going to Brazilates. I really enjoyed it and am happy that I am attending these classes and exercising !

Tried the cardiobrazilates for my 1st class - it was a Intense workout. For the 2nd class, I tried the mat Pilates and will be returning to that class. I do hope to try that cardiobrazilates again!
