Thank you for making it a great experience. I hesitated signing up because I thought the traffic would be heave....it was exceptionally light where you are located. The ENTIRE staff was receptive and kind, AND I loved that my stylist really cared about me having a good outcome...I didn't feel like just another customer in his day. Enjoyed talking with him as he has a great personality and was very interesting. If I didn't have to leave, I would have taken the coffee offered, and sat around the table browsing a few magazines. Just as you would do at Barnes and Noble. Read a book and enjoy a cup of coffee with friends......that is how inviting and cozy the atmosphere is there. I
