The place closed down before I could use my entire groupon - left me with 3 microderms left?? I called repeatedly leaving messages for an appt - finally spoke with someone they told me they closed down but would reimburse me my lost $$. Never reimbursed me and now they never answer the phone or return messages. There is another VIP in South Florida on groupon - they say they aren't the same business but I am sure they are. When I called them they were super rude and demanded they were not the same people. i call BS

Beautiful shop and decor. Very clean. The aesthetician was very nice. I had microdermabrasion, but from my experience in the past with many microdermabrasion sessions in many states, this session was too fast, 5 to 10 minutes tops. I’m used to 20/30 minutes. Im not sure it’s doing that much. I’ve had 3 so far. ( I bought a group of 6.)However, it’s a real pleasant environment.
