There is an upcharge for everything. Stylist used purple shampoo on me and at the checkout I was told it is additional $ 5 for shampo... toner is additional $20. Stylist barely talked to me. Definitely felt like less of a service because I bought a groupon.

I hate giving businesses a low review. If they would have tried to rectify it I would have been happy.
Recently went here,for highlights,was talked into lowlights.
I am letting my silver hair grow out and thought a few dark strips of hair would look nice. Dina did a good job, I expressed how I wanted something every 4-6 months. I did not know these would fade after a few weeks, they faded to an ugly brown which I am trying to grow out. So I am going backwards. Went in and asked if this was a semi permanent product and was told no it’s permanent. I am not sure what kind of product they use but never knew my hair dye to fade in a few weeks,
Sadly I won’t be back,
