I bought the deal for two vehicles: a sedan and a SUV. With respect to the first, they didn't even vacuum the trunk, and instead of cleaning the inside, they introduced stains that weren't there before. As far as the SUV, they >>skipped<< the roof and didn't clean/ dress exterior plastics. In either case, not my idea of 'detailing,' and I wish that I had read other negative reviews before succumbing to the offer.

Their facility was very hard to find. I called them twice and still had a hard time- No signs anywhere. Once I located it -there was no one there. I had to make several calls . And then the office had to call the guys there. to find out that they were not their compressor broke. (I think it was BS) Then I came back the next day, they clean your car in a dark parking lot. There were streaks on all my windows. My rear view mirrors were still dirty. There were red stains all over my car - they said couldnt be remove without a wax job. I was the first and only car there and when I came back - they were 2 guys working on 3 cars at a time. Meanwhile all they needed was a little elbow grease. WOULD NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.

Great detail job

Didn't have a good experience. I had problems making an appointment and when I did, no one showed up at parking garage where the business located. The groupon price is inflected compared to a flyer I got after the work was done. Inside car was not cleaned properly, had to point out areas that were not vacuum or cleaned. Even though the guy in charge was courteous, the work was not up to par.
