Gemma is more concerned about her tip than her service to the customers. The place is not a "SPA." It is a small room with a lot of stuff crowding the space. Like a swap meet room. You could get a spa pedi at the same price with more care and time from the nail person at a regular nail salon. Nothing special about this place and service is quick.

I was really disappointed with this Groupon, and won't be going back to this "salon" again. It was really difficult to use this Groupon and it seemed to all be based on when it worked in her personal schedule in an extreme way. Also, there were limited polish colors available with this Groupon and for some polish brands that are inferior.

I purchased a groupon for two pedicures. No where in the description or fine print did it say that I could not use them both at the same time for 2 people. I made an appointment for 2 people telling her I had a groupon for 2 pedicures and nothing was mentioned about not being able to use them for each of us. Instead she waited until the end of the pedicure to tell us that the groupon was supposedly for one pedicure now and one later. If this was the case, it needed to be clearly stated in the groupon itself, and clarified to the client. My guest was given the option to purchase her pedicure and a gift certificate for a free pedicure, for $45, or just buy her pedicure outright for $45. Apparently a basic pedicure costs $45! Our treatment was very basic, no scrub or massage, just a wash, a little lotion, and a pummus stone for a few moments, and basic polish. No nail salon I have ever been to has charged $45 for a BASIC pedicure.
