To book it, I called, it was a back and forth had to leave a message. Was not a very courteous person on the call (should have been my first clue) I show up on the day of the appt, no acknowledgement really of my presence, was told to sit and wait when they did acknowledge me. The person on the call that booked the appt and the person I saw that day in the facility-I believe to be the owner of the services. Overall the problem was no instructions, no patience and the worse rude attitude to me when I brought it up because I had been sitting there for 10-15 minutes with nothing happening. She came in blamed me for it not working and basically berated me. And still did not try to help or correct it. I got up and walked out. And she asked me what I was doing. I said I am not doing this, I am leaving. And THEN she starts arguing with me further berating me/in a berating way. I am so glad I got up and walked out. I will not accept that treatment from anyone I AM PAYING $ FOR A SERVICE. Then I tried to get my $ back from Groupon because it was a package I bought. I didn't use one of the services let alone two. I would never set foot in that place again. Groupon also did not refund me the $. I don't have the desire to argue with Groupon, despite having been a customer for probably over 10 years whenever Groupon started until now.

This was the most disturbing, horrible experience ever. No one talked with me when I left. I arrived early and someone walked in 30 minutes late and they took her in before me. My appointment didn’t start for 45 minutes after it was scheduled to start. Don’t go here it’s horrible no stars . Is my rating NO STARS
