The Groupon was for a massage and a pedicure. They cancelled the pedicure after it was scheduled and they had NO availability to reschedule outside of normal office hours. Completely unprofessional for a service industry.

Great Salon, definitely now recommending Captivation to everyone I talk to. Holly was so thorough with my pedi, didn't skip a single step. Bridgett, took the time needed on each sore area of my back, very gifted in what she does. Both ladies were friendly, comforting, skilled and very thoughtful. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
