The variety of infused olive oils and balsamic vinegars is incredible, and the flavors are even better. You can sample/taste before choosing, which is a big plus given some of the unorthodox (but amazing) flavor infusions. There are a number of other gourmet spreads and condiments, as well. It pays to be a return customer, as there is a discount on refilling a bottle if you bring it back. Last but certainly not least, the entire staff are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable of their inventory. A great little local shop!
