I read the reviews while I was sitting in the chair getting the services, and started getting worried, but I wanted to give them a fair chance. The look of the place does not bother me, quaint, small town. The problem was with the service, the pedicure set up is NOT spa, it did the job but not what I expected or am use to, also it was a very amateur job. She also did my manicure, and it was just laughable, I had lumps on my nails when it was all done. I asked her about it and she said that she doesn't know what it was on my nails and she couldn't get it off (she clearly doesn't know that the nails need to be cleaned completly before adding polish). I will never go back again.

teeny tiny place jam packed with stuff that may be ok in a larger atmosphere but just looks cluttered. Pedicure "tub" doesn't hold water...even the couch has stuffing spilling out of it. Manicure left me with polish on the skin surrounding my nails. Friends I saw afterwards asked if I "actually paid someone to do that" to me. The girl was nice but I don't think very experienced.

Cham-Pagne salon was a stressful, disgusting experience. We should have just gotten up and left. My manicure was all over my fingers and I removed it promptly upon returning home. I will be sharing with everyone in the area how horrifying the conditions are there, and how filthy it is.
