this persons Groupon expired. I stopped running Groupon due to non payment 7 months ago . I honored all non expired Groupons. this sonya person has never text or called to set any appt up. As for an expired Groupon. that is on the purchaser and the merchant does not have to take it . so Putting a 1 star for not getting service you never booked it’s slander. There will always be people who don’t take responsibility for their own negligence and want to say it’s someone else’s fault. many of you know who there are. I been in business 24 years and it’s ashame this sonya person who never called never scheduled online chooses to try and put a 1star. sad . really . sonya it’s called communication and your Groupon was expired . which means , you had 3 months to schedule just like all the other thousands of clients I have worked on. and got there appt in . If want to use that expired Groupon you have to pay the difference in the reg price. again once expired the merchant is not obligated to take the Groupon. read the print.thank you .
