No egg yolk sauce for scallops. Soup was poor. Fried rice was bland. Scallops were good quality and cooked perfectly. The dish for the two sauces was very inconvenient for pouring sauce onto rice etc. It was a single dish with two sections. If you try pouring one side you make a mess. Separate dishes for sauces are needed.
