The job they did washing my dog was... Eh... I can't imagine paying full price for it.. Also my dog seemed so scared when I was picking him up. He was hiding in the back of the kennel. And another pup who was running around the area the lady started yelling at him and even kicked him (not so hard) but he started to yelp like he was hurt.. I don't think I'll take my dog back there or recommend that shop, though the older lady was very sweet and kind.
