Kokoa Bar by Ricard Chocolat, Honolulu

My family and I attended a chocolate making class at your establishment and we couldn't be more disgruntled by the experience. The Ricard Chocolat employee who gave the class was rude, unprofessional, and repulsive. Although she was knowledgeable, she desperately lacked in customer service and interpersonal skills. She was NOT friendly or amiable in anyway. When making the reservation and asking about parking, she was testy and uncongenial and this is before I stepped foot through the door! Throughout our class, she gave off the impression that we were a nuisance to her and compounded that feeling by texting on her phone and not engaging with us throughout the class unless it was absolutely necessary for her involvement. I am utterly disgusted by the service that we received and would NEVER recommend or return to this establishment. Shame on the employers for not knowing the type of person they employee!

Erika and the chocolate were amazing!

A must visit for the chocolate and sweets lover. Chocolates made on premises, got the Groupon deal for Ice cream cookies and it was a hit.

Go early to find parking, need to park by the zoo.
