He made us do "partner yoga" which was AWFUL!!!! especially for a first time person such as myself. Partner yoga consisted of massaging and stretching a partner who you had never seen before in your life. A bit too intimate and especially horrible if you were paired with a PROFUSE SWEATER as I was. It was not hot, we had done nothing strenuous and this woman was dripping sweat everywhere. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! No one should be put on the spot to endure that. I will give it another try, but I will never suffer through partner yoga again. It didn't look like anyone was enjoying it, even the ones who weren't stuck with a sweater. It was like a bad Seinfeld. I will call to make sure it is "normal" yoga before I try it again.
