Horrible experience with very unorganized business. I wasn't told to brung extra underclothes, had my bra and underwear ruined with mud, then had to put my regular clothes back over them to go home! Clients after me had the same experience. Business didn't take a debit card, and she made it clear I needed to give her a tip, so she expected me to write her a check for a tip. Also, even though you're supposed to be able to use your mobile device to redeem a Groupon, and I have at several other places, she insisted that I go home, print a paper copy and mail it to her. When I hadn't done that fast enough for her, I started getting endless emails. Where were these emails with all the important info BEFORE my appointment? Plus the place was just in a corner of a gym, no real doorway or anything...just felt dirty, cheap, and gross. I lost NO inches. I felt like I'd been duped. Waste of time and money.
