The personal trainers of Drive Fitness, each equipped with at least five years of experience and certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, customize workouts based on clients’ needs during at-home personal training and group fitness classes. During either form of lesson, the instructors make use of services such as punching mitts, jump ropes, stability balls, and TRX Suspension Training.
