I enjoyed the young woman who did my mani and pedi.
She was friendly and efficient.
She was friendly and put me at ease.
I took a point off because the seats where you get the pedi are VERY uncomfortable.
I am a heavier woman and the tubs you put your feet in are not far enough out to let you be relaxed so I was uncomfortable the whole time getting the pedi. That would keep me from getting another one there.
One other complaint is that our nails were not soaked before our manis and so Alivia could not get all the cuticle off the sides of my nails on some fingers.
Same with my sister who came with me.
Other than that, I was very happy with the looks of the mani and pedi. Thank You
