Original date to redeem was Feb 21, Alex their lead instructor called and rescheduled to Feb 22nd. However when I arrived on the 22nd no one else was there and they claimed I was a no show the day before. I then texted the owner, Kacper, who rescheduled me for March 21st and said that he would take over as my instructor. That appointment had to be cancelled for weather reasons and it was rescheduled to March 29th. At that point the owner turned me back over to Alex who rescheduled my time on the 29th twice. When I showed up for the the training Alex was there but didn't provide the 1 hour of ground training that was supposed to proceed the one hour of flight time. He didn't provide a safety briefing as I heard other pilots with students providing, nor give me any real instruction other than to keep the plane level and at 3000 feet. It was a long, quiet and painful flight as he didn't teach me how to trim the plane to keep it level, while fighting gusting winds.

Really liked those guys and had a great experience

Very nice and informative flight instructor and staff. I will be going there to get my airplane license soon.
