Oklahoma Fit is much more than a gym- we are a family focused on helping one another attain our individual fitness goals.We go through life together and hold each other accountable for the choices we make in reagrds to a healthy lifestyle. We are of all different backgrounds, ages, ethnicities, professions, fitness levels, etc- but we are all brought together through our common goals. Our 60 minute classes are high energy, challenging, effective and fun. We incorporate cardio, dumbells, suspension training, Olympic lifts and everything in between to help everyone reach their maximum fitness potential!
