The front desk at HHF is extremely rude and unhelpful. I would think that if someone goes through a groupon to try out their gym they would want that person to be a member and hence give a better service. There were 2 girls at the front desk ( out of which one claims to be working there for 2 years+ ) and one manager on duty the day we went to start our session using groupon. They did not explain the procedure etc and when we asked to explain the membership benefits and procedure to become a member the manager on duty came out of her office and stood us by the front door and roughly went through the membership details. I was expecting a sit down in her office with the complete run down of the member benefits and price break down etc. Although the gym is OK I would not become their member until they change their front desk staff. I felt insulted and humiliated.

The facility is great! It is super clean and zen-like. The IntenSati class is awesome.
