I bought the helicopter ride as a birthday present for my boyfriend. I scheduled it online like I was supposed to. When the day came, the weather was bad so I got a call to cancel it and reschedule for another time. When I went online to reschedule it, it said I had already used my Groupon. I’ve called multiple times, sent multiple emails, and attempted to contact them through their Facebook page and gotten a minimal response. It has been 3 months since my cancelled flight and I haven’t been able to reschedule due to their lack of customer service. I’m very disappointed in their professionalism and would not recommend if you actually intend on taking a helicopter ride.

They cannot be reached by phone after many calls & messages left. There are no open dates to use my groupon at all. They are booked until June, 2019.
I can’t get my money back - I can only re-purchase this Groupon. So very disappointed.

They were very unprofessional. They cancelled my flight said I would get a refund and I never did. I called for a week straight and no one ever answered the phone or even called me back after several voicemails. Worst customer service ever. Would not recommend them.
