This is a bad salon. Will never go back. This is not a place that I would want to come back again the second time. I had called in to scheduled my appointment, and then a "walk-in" customer came in asking for a hair cut and the owner went ahead and took the customer and put me on hold. I guy said that he can come back tomorrow around this same time because she already has an appointment (me) scheduled and he's just a walk-in, but she refused and took him. I was late 30 minutes into my appointment before she worked on me. If I didn't purchased this Groupon deal I would of just walk out of there from the beginning. Groupon needs to do something about bad customer service issues like this, or that we should be able to get our money back in cases like this....

This was the WORST mani/pedi experience I have ever had. I was treating a new Mom and had an appointment at 11 am. They had no staff to get us started until 11:20 and then it was only 1 person (the person who had taken the appointment on the phone - she said that she had forgotten). It was 11:30 before the 2nd person arrived to get me started. Unfortunately, we both had appointments for that afternoon that we were late for. The actual mani/pedi's were done very poorly with the shellac being applied to my cuticles and as a result began to peel off in a couple of days. I went to another salon after only 5 days to have my nails redone because it looked and felt so bad. I will never go back

I made appointments for my friend and I to get mani/pedicures. They double booked themselves too much and I almost had to leave without the manicure as we were running out of time. Gal was in a hurry so she cut my cuticle and that hurt. They do work hard there and were nice.
