The water was luke warm and she said that is as hot as she can get it; she had the faucet turned all the way. The massage chair didn't work; one of the jets didn't work. The receptionist interrupted us to say a client couldn't get through to her. She was also her own scheduler; she was renting space from the salon. I wasn't able to get both services in; partly due to the difficulties getting her to return my phone calls.

worst experience at a nail salon ever. I will never go back. only one person working, she started my appointment 20 min. late. and then didn't finish my appointment, saying that she "didn't have time" and then started working on another client! Groupon tried to make it right and refunded a portion of what I paid for the Groupon, and hopefully called the salon to let them know this is not acceptable!
