Nail Garden, Lake Oswego

I always ask for Tina. She does a great job. However, recently I have noticed that my manicures are not lasting as long. I think they have changed products. The salon is clean and everyone is friendly.

This was the WORST nail experience of my life! It's been a month since I went and still my nails are constantly breaking like never before, to the point of so short they hurt nonstop. Ironically, one of the customers there told me that my nails were so long and pretty prior to the service that they looked fake, definitely not the case anymore. The tech they had me with didn't speak any English and he was incredibly young. He nicked me, kept making mistakes, redoing. I had so much acetone and so much UV exposure that day (I was there for shellac). It was an awful experience and I am still paying for it. They had no remorse. All their good for is upselling, trying to make me pay more for one color over another because I had a Groupon. After literally spending 2.5 hours of wasted time and misery, I had them remove the polish he did which had fibers stuck to most nails and was so uneven, and I left. I kid you not he must have removed the gel polish with acetone half a dozen times at least, my poor nails, and aggressively shoved my hands in the UV machine when he was frustrated, which was the whole time. The only person that should be frustrated is ME! My expectations are reasonable, I am not very picky at all. As I type this my fingers hurt from the latest nails that broke off. Please save your time, money and nails!

The pedi mani great but I get so tired of making an appt and you still end up waiting over 20 min because it's obvious walk ins arrived before your appt and they took them.
