HealthWorks Fitness for Women is a 24-hour gym founded on the belief that women who have access to an unintimidating, body-positive, safe workout space are more inclined to meet and maintain their fitness goals. This newly built, 14,000 square foot gym has everything its clients need to burn calories and build lean muscle, including a dedicated weight-lifting area and cardio- and strength-training machines, and all new members receive a complimentary equipment orientation to help them become acquainted with the machines, which are specifically designed for female gym-goers. Group fitness classes such as Zumba, kickboxing, and aerobics are also included with membership, and personal training is available for a fee for clients in search of more tailored workouts.
