They say there's an "additional charge" for high-mileage oil, but they're usually customer friendly enough to do it for no additional charge, which is great :).

When I went for my oil change the guy told me I needed $400 worth of work done! I took it to 2 different place to have it checked out. They both told me that auto lab was just trying to "up-sell" me. I do not recommend auto lab if u don't know cars.

Make sure to call and make an appointment. They are very fast and efficient and have no problem getting you in early (if you arrive a little early) if they are not too busy.

One word for Bill: Shister!! This guy wanted to overcharge me for a brake service! I watched his mechanic take the old brake pads off and talk to several people, then take the new pads out the box and put them on without resurfacing the rotors!
