I had a wonderful surprise with the services for my back facial and my 30 minute facial. My service provider, Alexis reduced my stress I carry in my back and neck area. I have a lot on my plate, and I was able to sleep during my 30 minute facial. So I left Aveda feeling like a new person. If you have stress, and have tried all the regular western medications and treatments, go schedule an appt. for yourself at Aveda .. you will not need your medication, counseling sessions, diet management .. Self care always wins !
