Three of the Ice cream flavors we ordered had been melted and refrozen. Ice crystals were all over them and texture was not pleasant. My double dip cup went straight to trash inside store.

first visit - was not impressed with the atmosspere of the place, needs a lot of updates and could improve on coustomer relations coupons or not!

Don't make your milkshakes with so much milk...too thin and tasted more like milk than the ice cream flavor. My family loves ice cream and milkshakes and nobody would even finsh their milkshakes from here. The place also smells like animals...know they are next to a pet store and employees are probably used to it, but customers don't want to smell that when they enter a place that serves food.
