If you are going to make me choose to only get one service because I am 9 minutes late, at least have the equipment cleaned rather than being next door talking to coworkers…especially if you can make my friend wait 15 minutes while you eat lunch and still have time to do a mani and pedi on her. Plus, it was fine for you to make me wait while you answered your phone (and had to clean your equipment). I would have appreciated a massage of some sort or even just getting to wash the nail filings off of my hand before getting them painted…also, soaking cuticles before cutting them would help. My hands and cuticles need moisture! ONLY using nail polish remover throughout the entire manicure just dries them out more.
