All Stretched Out Limousine Service, Linthicum Heights

Great service. Had a wonderful time for my 30th birthday.

They were on time, actually a half hour earlier than I asked for my wedding day. The driver was wonderful, friendly, and very courteous. I would definitely use them again. The only complaint I would say was that it took the administrative staff a long time to get back to me with my contract information other than that they were great.

I originally scheduled my limo tour in June but unfortunately had to reschedule due to bad weather. However, each time I scheduled the tour I got charged the $231...I have tried calling about 6-7 times about refunding me $231 because there is no reason for me to get charged twice. They keep saying they will put it back on my card but nothing has come through. Also, when the limo driver picked my group up he had no idea where the wineries were so one of us had to sit by the window behind the driver and use OUR phone gps to tell him where to go. There's no reason a GPS can't be installed into your limousines. Lastly, the Groupon included tastings and entries to 3 different wineries in Northern Virginia. We didn't go to any of these because the driver said All Stretched Out and the Wineries didn't communicate and let eachother know a group was coming. We would have had to pay for each winery even though that's not what I paid for in the Groupon. Therefore, we went to a completely different winery (which was great thank goodness the driver knew of it) that also included a microbrewery. However, the drive was almost 2.5 hours to get there. Moving forward All Stretched Out needs to figure there logistics out beforehand and also maintain good customer service and service their customers the first time around, not 8 phone calls later.

They charged 20% Service Charge on the full price (not the Groupon price) upfront when making a reservation and then sent a rickety limo even though the booking was made 6 weeks in advance. The limo broke down and we had to take 2 taxis to get home. Driver said we would be refunded for all charges, but, the company would not do anything to resolve the issue or respond back to calls/emails. Very poor customer service.
