Customer service was 5 stars, the college girl (yes I said college) was excellent but the teeth whitening was ok, I actually get better results using at home teeth whitening strips. I wished for better results

Just the one time for me, it worked fine. Definitely was teeth-sensitive afterwards but it all went away by the next day. Would recommend.

I believe Anna was the technician who administered the whitening gel and she was very professional, gentle and thorough, explaining each step, what I would feel and how long each step would take. She said that my teeth came out about six shades whiter and I am happy with the results although I was kind of hoping for the white teeth that actors have, ha ha! The only discomfort I felt was a bit of stretching of my lips and Anna had put some lip gloss on to help in this area. I would recommend Smile Labs considering that ten years ago I paid a dentist four times as much and had extremely sensitive teeth for a couple days and with Smile Labs my teeth were just a bit sensitive for a couple hours!
