Unprofessional, acted like Jr. High kids. The massage therapist acted disinterested and did a horrible job at communicating regarding appointment scheduling. Never going back again.

Scheduling an appointment was a nightmare. I called 8 times over three days, leaving messages with the receptionist. Finally, I asked for the owner, who said that I should not be leaving messages there, but should contact the person who would do my services. At the time, I didn't know who that would be. Then, I tried to set up an appointment, but could not get in. Then that person left and I was unable to get the service that I had purchased. Luckily, someone tried to straighten out the mess and I was offered another service
