The experience was not friendly in regards to Branch Manager David. When booking the day to redeem the voucher, he repeatedly reminded me to have everyone there on time because he won't start over. It almost seems as if he was upset I had purchased through Groupon. Day of event, he didn't show on time! Repeatedly mention to guest this was purchased through Groupon. I paid to sell their product.

The concept of PRP was nice It was great to be able to have friends get together for a tasting and learn a bit more about wine We were however extremely disappointed with the representative from PRP He was very rude and it diminished a bit of the experience for us Having to do our event seemed like more of a chore than an opportunity and all of my guests could feel it We were also disappointed that we have to buy at least a full case in order to purchase any wine Unfortunately, there was no strong consensus on a favorite which made it difficult to purchase Overall I would purchase the PRP Wine Groupon again assuring that we did not have Joe as our rep

Overall I am very pleased with the experience. Joe was great at explaining the wine making process and detailing each wines heritage. Having told him up front that most of my guests and myself were not red wine drinkers; he took that as a challenge and exposed us to a red wine that we all actually enjoyed. His lighthearted approach and jokes made the tasting a lot of fun.
