I really don't want to give it a star at all. Very, very disappointing and upsetting situation. The atmosphere was NOT accommodating i.e., no calming music nor incense to remove the old smell. Linen looked to be used over and over without washing and it didn't smell good at all. Linda asked me to undress and after she started with the massage on my neck, she stayed there for such a long time I asked if she would be moving to my shoulders, etc.? She must have gotten upset and just decided to walk out of the room. When I asked what about my money, she told me I had to take it up with Groupon. I was so upset, after dressing I left her with a few choice words, unlike my character. I DON'T recommend this massage parlor to ANYONE! For those of you who thought it was a GREAT massage, well good for you cause that wasn't what I experienced. Or just maybe I was the wrong person. Awful and ridiculous but she won't have to worry about me EVER going back there again.
