The session was supposed to be 1 hour - it turned out to be 40 minutes. I was put in room with flourescent lighting and told to relax. I waited 10 minutes until the "asethetician" - who was the same person as the "receptionist" came in. There was nothing calming - her touch was quick, rushed and abrasive. I actually requested she stop because everything felt rough. I have had mircroderm abrasion before - but this was by far unnecessarily harsh and uncomfortable. She doused my face with a mask and told me to "sleep" for 15 minutes. It was really an unpleasant experience. I would never go back....

I'm not happy with my visit. I've been to spas but the way they did microdermabrasion is so cheap. The staff is not friendly at all. I will not recommend this place.
