Beware of shady business practices here. Despite the terms on Groupon about re-purchase of deals, once you make the appointment and get there, they will do a 180 and insist that they have a separate policy against this to get you to pay more directly. They admitted my purchases were perfectly in accordance with the terms on Groupon. They themselves know of the discrepancy between what’s listed on Groupon and what they supposedly practice—yet rather than make necessary updates, they instead take advantage of it and pry money from you with no regard to the inconvenience caused or the unethical nature of it all. I took time and money to make it to the appointment today only to be told by Daniella, what was in essence—pay up or cancel—with no apology or remorse, just attitude. How disappointed I was in her! I thought I’d be a repeat customer, but surely won’t be coming to her/this business and recommend others to stay away as well. Integrity is so important—you want to be able to trust your practitioner with invasive dangerous procedure in sensitive areas.
