I read so many reviews before i went because i had never heard of this company before. I was really excited to go because people only had good things to say. My class was good because of the instructor but management was really bad and their customer service is terrible. Their website no longer works and neither does their phone lines. They do not seem like a legitimate business.

Thievery is what I call the offer on this coupon. I went to my orientation class and was so disgusted and disappointed when I found out what the school was actually offering with this groupon voucher that I will not be attending any of the classes. What this coupon offer is Beginners Classes (Level I) only, I am a Level III student. I wanted to learn new steps, and enhance the steps I already know, so as to perfect my dancing, not to be set back and be held in place. I wasted this money for sure. Definitely a waste.

I am disappointed however that many classes are excluded from the yearly membership. This results in not being able to utilize the membership many days of the week, which is contrary to expectation. I hope merchant can rectify this.

Horrible customer service. Once at establishment was treated poorly and facility is less than professional. Regret purchase
