Wonderful people, friendly therapists, great pampering - but absolutely no results from the treatments I received. I don't regret it (because I loved the pampering).

Must use your credit card to reserve every app. Very strick cancelation policy. Up sale you at the consultation. Was told - because you are getting such a great price with groupon- you should tip. Made me feel like I've ripped them off. No customer service! Can't speak with anyone when you call, directs you to their website, then instructs you to email them! All this from just a consultation. I haven't even got what I have paid for! Very nervous to continue with them.

First - they fail to tell you that prior to using the service, you must first go thru an initial consultation in which they try to upsell you two other packages. They fail to explain in the Groupon that the body cavitation service that you are purchasing is not effective unless you also purchase the two additional packages. I could write a book on this one. My advice is to avoid at all costs.
