There have been numerous e-mails between me and Groupon regarding my bad experience with this firm.. I left several phone messages trying to schedule my detail job but they did not return a single phone call. Even when I complained to Groupon it took about two weeks for them to contact me. When they finally came to detail my vehicle they did a mediocre job at best.
