Owner was a little cranky but my kids LOVED the camp

The instructor was very annoying and consistently blamed the mistakes of the horse on the rider even when the horse was clearly resisting. At one point the horse starting running around the barn and I almost fell off the horse and she asked why i didn't pull back on the reins... oh i'm sorry let me just let go the the horn on the saddle ( the only thing that saved my life) to casually grab the reins while the horse is running and i'm already falling off :/

Great experience! Conni's stables are clean; the horses are well cared for. Andrea was a fun and knowledgeable instructor. She is skilled, knows well the personalities and traits of each mount and was watchful of our group giving clear and precise directions to each of us. I look forward to going again and definitely recommend Summer Wind Stables to anyone interested in giving riding a try.
