The appt was a little difficult to get because the owner told me she had only one artist that does the Groupons....when I went the guy wasn't there but I'm glad he wasn't.. because the blond female tattoo artist was and she did the tattoo.. dont remember her name...Love the tatoo she did me ..It is perfect😎😎😎😎😎..She is great ...

A few of my friends and I found a Groupon for this shop for an hour of tattooing services for $75. Before purchasing the Groupon, we called the shop to make sure that what we wanted to tattoo was within the 1 hour. We spoke with the owner and she quoted our tattoos for us, which only made sense for us to purchase the Groupon because it would be a $15 savings for each of us so as a consumer, it was worth purchasing the Groupon. The week prior to going to the shop, we contacted the owner again to make our appointment so we were ready to go! When we first walked in to the shop, we told the girl in the front that we had made an appointment for all of us. The tattoo artist, Lou, came out to greet us and started talking to us to see what we were looking to do and gave us our waiver forms to fill out and we were ready to go! When the girl in the front told us she would be right with us to price the tattoos out, we reminded her that we purchased a Groupon (which we told the owner about more than once). Once we said that, the attitude of both completely changed. Suddenly, it was a problem….. The girl told us with an attitude that she would be right back and her and Lou walked to the back. Lou started shaking and grabbing his head and the girl kept shaking her head. Then, she hid in the supply closet to make a call to the owner. A few minutes later, she came out and told Lou “she said all well, you’re going to have to do it” and he just threw up his hands as kept shaking his head. The rest of the time in the shop, both of their faces couldn’t cover the attitude. The first person he started was her first time ever. Her tattoo came out crooked, uneven and some of the letters were unfinished. At this point, someone else came in to have some work done and he told the other 2 artists that they would need to help to get us done so he can start on the next guy. The girl who did mine was great! And then the guy (I think his name was Caesar), he also did a great job! We each even gave a $10 tip for something that took 10 minutes!!!!!! In the end, Lou started to relax, but it just made us feel so uncomfortable. I won’t come back here, just because of how unprofessional a “Professional Artist” is plus the first girl he worked on has to get it fixed because he didn’t complete his work! I paid my money just like anybody else, why does it matter that I paid thru another website instead of cash at the shop? If you don’t like people purchasing your items thru Groupon, then don’t offer a Groupon!!!!
