Angie, Gio and the girl who washed my hair, (missed her name) were super nice people. Gio actually did the keratin treatment and he knew what he was doing. I was very happy with the process. I will think about trying the salon for other services. Close to my neighborhood and has parking. Would for sure recommend.

i had a very bad experience with isabella hair salon, I went in to the keratin treatment done. however when the treatment was being applied to my hair i felt a tingling sensation that i had never felt before (i've had the keratin treatment done least 3 time before in another salon)when i brought it up to the girl she brushed it off as if this was normal. later she put me under the blow dryer and within the first 15 minutes my scalp started to feel extremely hot to the point where i couldn't take it and had to tell her to stop. Although my hair is straight now, my scalp actually burned and for the following few weeks after the treatment i had scabs on my scalp from it. i will never go back
