They cancelled on me the first two times I made an appointment. On the third appointment, they were running so late, they said the tech was going home so they cancelled on me for a third time. Ont eh fourth appointment, I had the second appointment of the day- somehow they were running 35 minutes late and I just had to cancel. I will not be going back and I am trying to get a refund for this groupon. This place is ridiculous- I don't understand how you can run a business that way and waste a clients time like that.
