I bought this deal on May 2012 and I had a very hard time to find an available appointment. Finally, I've got one spot on August 9th, so I booked one per week in the following weeks. Two days prior my visit, I've called the place to reconfirm, and they've asked me for my Groupon code "so we save time when I arrive for my visit". The thing is, they've already redeem the coupon, they are canceling all my appointment arguing the machine is broken, so I haven't received any treatment at all. My situation now is that my coupon appears as "Redeemed" without receiving any services in exchange. Very disappointed!
