Management initially refused to honor the Groupon at face value since it had expired. I had to show the server that Groupon states face value never expires. Alfonso's should have been familiar with how Groupon works. I was embarrassed to have had to plead my case. Manager did not discuss the issue with me but rather made the server deal with the situation. Very poor customer service. Will not return.
