Red Phoenix Wellness Center's founder, Lisa Shapiro, has been a licensed massage therapist for more than 32 years. During her career, she's had a chance to ply her stress-relieving skills on all types of bodies, including dancers, athletes, and bodybuilders. She even toured with the cast and crew of Bob Fosse's Dancin' in the early '80s, an experience that allowed her to perfect her dynamic skills and a mean sideways shuffle with a shoulder roll. Today, she continues to use her healing hands to treat everything from back and neck pain and sciatica to migraines and nerve impingement, drawing from modalities that range from basic Swedish to energizing shiatsu.
