I bought the groupon thinking it was the one located in the business district of Monroeville. When I went to that Rudy's they would not accept the groupon. Lost the full value of the groupon because the Rudy's it was for was not a familiar location to me. When I finally found it I was told that they had accepted the groupons from the other Rudy's when they were purchased last year and was upset that that Rudy's would not accept theirs.

When you start making your subs the way the other Monroeville store does, you will see a huge increase in repeat business. Although your employees are great, it doesn't make up for the subs not tasting like the original Rudys Sub. BTW, I've been buying Rudys Subs for the last 35yrs and I have eaten at more then one and honestly have to tell you, your's didn't taste anything like the original from the bun to the ingredients
